Sara worked in Columbus for Help Me Grow as a Service Coordinator for two years, before returning to the region and working for Hopewell Health Centers as a school-based case manager for middle school age. After making connections in the community with staff at The Gathering Place, Sara began working with the GP right before the pandemic on a part-time basis and joined the team full-time in September 2020.
