One of our most important health and wellness programming is our food program, it provides food security for many of our members who use our meals and food donations to help supplement their food budget. Our focus is on healthy and fresh foods for our meals, and we have our own garden plot at West Side Community Gardens and also receive donations from Athens Food Rescue (this includes local restaurants and grocers) and Community Food Initiatives (they source food from local farmers and producers). A big part of positive mental health is a healthy diet.
